Checks run on a schedule, not every minute, so this isn’t live “is my site down” monitoring. Form checks don’t send messages, so they can’t prove an email arrived. The accessibility check is automatic and isn’t an official certificate. To report your Google results, I need access to your Google Search Console.

Practical answers.

How do I ask for a change?

Send me an email. A small change (a text, opening hours, a price or a photo) is usually on your site within one working day. Each plan has monthly time for changes: about 15 minutes on Keep, 30 minutes on Grow and 60 minutes on Partner. Anything bigger gets a quote first.

Can I get Care for a website someone else built?

Care is for websites I built: that is what makes changes this fast. The Content Editor at /admin/ and same-day changes to your hours depend on knowing exactly how the site is made. If someone else built your site, a redesign comes first.

Is Website Care mandatory?

No. You can launch the website without ongoing Care and decide later. It’s a separate, optional service for businesses that want edits handled for them after launch.

Do you still check the technical side?

Yes, automatically, on every plan. The checks compare your site with the version we approved together, and everything they find goes in your report. They run on a schedule (monthly, weekly or daily), so this is not minute-by-minute uptime monitoring. Form checks make sure the form is there and works on the page; they don’t send test messages.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Every Care plan includes hosting and your domain, whether you pay monthly or annually. Every new website already includes them for the first year; without Care, the renewal is €89/year from year two.

Is the /admin/ Content Editor included?

It’s included with Grow and Partner on annual billing, for as long as the plan runs. On monthly billing or Keep, it’s a one-off add-on. If an annual plan ends, the website stays live and yours, and the editor switches off unless you buy it.

Can I cancel?

Yes. On monthly billing you can cancel any month; a yearly plan runs to the end of its year. Prices never rise silently, you own your domain, texts and photos from day one, and if you leave you get a full copy of your site.

Does Care include new pages or redesign work?

New pages and sections, major design changes and new functionality are project work, quoted before they start. Partner includes a fresh look once a year: a new main photo and a design touch-up.

Is VAT added to the prices?

Prices are final. No VAT is charged: I use the Dutch small-business scheme (KOR).
